Returns & Refunds Policy

At Midnight Belle, we want you to love your purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be attached

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

4. Faulty Items

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of receiving it.

5. Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
